Everything was great. This is the second winter I stayed in this place and it surely is like a safe space where you can survive the end of the world )) The place is small but it has everything you will need during the stay. Its comfortable, clean and accurate. I do recommend it!

This is our second time staying in the apartment. It is very comfortable, quiet and short walk from Republic Square. The air conditioning works well, everything is very clean, kitchen has enough supplies to make breakfast. They leave a one or two day supply of coffee for you which is nice. The shower was poorly installed and leaks all over the floor unless you use the bathmat to block the water. It needs to be repaired. The only strange thing is that you are asked to take out the garbage before you leave. I've stayed in a lot of apartment rentals and have never been asked to take out the garbage.

This is a great bachelor apartment. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood but close to Republic Square. There is a large grocery store and fruit seller a block away and restaurants a couple of blocks further. Wifi works well and in the summer it is needed. The kitchen is well equipped for what we needed, mostly breakfast, with a French press for coffee, stove, and large fridge. There is also a washing machine which works well. It is in a hertigae building but has been completely renovated. It is below street level, but is very quiet. We did not hear the people staying above us. Check in and out is easy, they send you all of the needed details about the apartment and reply quickly to questions. The only problem is the shower. It wasn't installed properly so leaks onto the bathroom floor. You must use the bathmat to plug it. Hopefully this will be rectified soon because otherwise it is a nice bathroom. As well the kitchen faucet is loose. But these aren't big enough problems to change our rating.
