Abbiamo soggiornato in questo alloggio (apt.4) per due settimane durante le vacanze di Natale. L'alloggio corrisponde bene alla descrizione. L'host è stato disponibilissimo ad aiutarci per ogni bisogno. C'è stato un piccolo problema nel bagno che è stato prontamente risolto. La posizione é buona, si trova nella parte sud del centro. A pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge la splendida Piazza della Repubblica. Anche molte altre attrazioni sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Sono presenti molti servizi comodi nei dintorni, tra cui un fornitissimo supermercato vicinissimo. La dotazione della cucina è più che sufficiente. L'alloggio è molto caldo e accogliente e dispone di tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno. Unica nota migliorabile: il letto non l'abbiamo trovato comodissimo. L'ampia terrazza (cortile privato al piano terra) è molto bella e sicuramente meglio sfruttabile durante la stagione calda. Per il prezzo pagato, l'alloggio e il servizio offerto, è sicuramente consigliato.

We had a great stay and really felt at home in this apartment. Everything was comfortable and cozy, and it’s located close to pretty much everything you need. There are lots of good and tasty places to eat around the area, which was a big plus for us.😎 The apartment also has a very big and cool terrace. Just a small heads-up for future guests: the microwave is a bit tricky to use. If you don’t speak Russian or Armenian, it’s best to ask the host for help on how to use it. Also when taking a shower be careful as some water can leak out into the toilet area. Putting a towel behind the bathroom door helps. Overall, a lovely place and we’d happily stay here again!🤩

Everything was great. This is the second winter I stayed in this place and it surely is like a safe space where you can survive the end of the world )) The place is small but it has everything you will need during the stay. Its comfortable, clean and accurate. I do recommend it!

The place is just as it is on photos, clean, cozy, located in center of the city. There were everything I needed: towels, napkins, tea. I slept like a baby, so calm and the bed is big. And the host was very nice! Definitely recommend it!

They really went above and beyond with the instructions to find the place. I had a little trouble at first but the host was promptly responsive and helped me though my questions. Everything felt new and clean, and the little things provided like coffee, tea, water, and toiletries were much appreciated. Comfy bed, and large shower were a plus! Overall great stay, and perfect for what I needed. Thanks again!

Beautifully designed space with a unique second-floor bed and clean, minimal style. The energy of the place is great, everything I needed was provided, and the outdoor area was a perfect bonus. Very comfortable and thoughtfully done.

The place is gorgeous — feels like you are somewhere out of the city in your own house when in fact you are a few minutes away from one of the main streets of the city centre. It is super comfortable, the location is quiet, the transportation is easy, the host is always in touch ready to solve any issue anytime. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay + all necessary equipment for cooking which is always important to me. I highly recommended staying here and wish to come back one day!

Convenient location, a historic building, a stylish loft with an atmospheric patio. Generally taxi drivers find it difficult to find the place using the address only, but Michael provides very clear and well-marked directions that are easy to follow. The amenities work well and the beds are very comfortable. Overall a great base for exploring the city..

I think this could be the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. it was very clean and modern, the location is good , you're only 20mins walk tops from the major attractions. Michael leaves his own guide for the local area with some great recommendations. There is a well equipped kitchen so you can buy and cook cheap meals from the nearby Yerevan City supermarket if you are on a budget. We were always looking forward to travelling to Armenia and this made it even better!
