Absolutely stunning Airbnb. If I could possible package up this apartment and take it back to London, I would do so! Tastefully decorated, attractive street and entrance, wonderful location. It’s the sort of apartment I would have wanted as my first home in London (if I’d had a spare £400k back then even). There is ample space for a single or couple, or if you don’t mind sharing, you could be three although no it is effectively open plan, as the bedroom is a mezzanine.

Convenient location, a historic building, a stylish loft with an atmospheric patio. Generally taxi drivers find it difficult to find the place using the address only, but Michael provides very clear and well-marked directions that are easy to follow. The amenities work well and the beds are very comfortable. Overall a great base for exploring the city..

I think this could be the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. it was very clean and modern, the location is good , you're only 20mins walk tops from the major attractions. Michael leaves his own guide for the local area with some great recommendations. There is a well equipped kitchen so you can buy and cook cheap meals from the nearby Yerevan City supermarket if you are on a budget. We were always looking forward to travelling to Armenia and this made it even better!

Wonderful host and a great place close to the center as well as a historic neighborhood. Walking distance from a large market and easy place for the drivers to pick you up from. I will certainly be staying here again!

This is our second time staying in the apartment. It is very comfortable, quiet and short walk from Republic Square. The air conditioning works well, everything is very clean, kitchen has enough supplies to make breakfast. They leave a one or two day supply of coffee for you which is nice. The shower was poorly installed and leaks all over the floor unless you use the bathmat to block the water. It needs to be repaired. The only strange thing is that you are asked to take out the garbage before you leave. I've stayed in a lot of apartment rentals and have never been asked to take out the garbage.
